Booking a property with Eos Croatia is easy – you can simply send an inquiry via e-mail describing what kind of holiday accommodation you are looking for and our agents will get back to you shortly with the offer. Another option is to send us a booking request/inquiry through a listing page on our website following the instructions below.


    1.  Select the accommodation

Choose accommodation by using the search bar on our home page – simply select search filters to match your requirements (check in and check out dates, type of accommodation, number of persons) and click the „search“ button which will take you to our “search property” page and list properties with detailed descriptions, prices and amenities. “Search property” page will also enable additional search filters (pet-friendly, pool, bbq, star rating, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, town distance and sea distance) which you can apply to your search. When you find the suitable accommodation, choose the check in and check out dates on „Make a reservation/inquiry“ form on the right side of the listing and click the  „Book now“ button below. 


    1. Price quotation

“Book now” button will take you to the main reservation/inquiry page where you can view and edit your reservation/inquiry details. Main reservation/inquiry page will show you calculated price quotation for the given period and number of persons. 


    1. Booking

Enter your information in the booking form on the main reservation/inquiry page and choose your preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer). If required, you can also choose the additional services such as transfer or travel insurance which will be calculated in the final price. Click the “Book now” button and wait for one of our agents to contact you regarding your inquiry or booking request. 

Our agents will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm the availability of your selected accommodation and to answer any additional questions you might have. If the booking can be confirmed, we can proceed with the booking process and payment.


    1. Payment

To confirm your reservation, you are required to make a prepayment, while the remainder of your reservation has to be paid 45-30 days before your arrival (depending on the type of accommodation, which is visible on each listing). Once you make the deposit payment, you will receive the invoice. After the payment is made in total, you will receive the invoice for the remainder of your payment as well as the voucher with all necessary information regarding your arrival to the accommodation. Our agents will be at your disposal for any questions or information you might require prior and during your arrival to your accommodation.
