Villa Oleandra is a charmingly furnished holiday villa situated in town Hvar on island Hvar, just 80 m from the sea and 1500 m from the historical center of town Hvar – one of the most recognizable and notable destinations on Croatian coast. This elegant house is part of the luxurious Hvar Villas complex, which consists of a total of 4 elegant traditional Mediterranean holiday villas (Villa Laura, Villa Oleandra, Villa Lavander, Villa Rosemary), each designed in its own unique way and each functioning as a separate unit, which makes these exquisite villas a perfect choice for large families or groups of friends. 

Nearest restaurant (700 m), cafes (1300 m), grocery store (270 m), ATM (500 m) and pharmacy (1300 m) are within walking distance from the villas.

Villa Oleandra was built in 2007 and covers 157 m2 of living area divided on ground and first floor level. The exterior, made of traditional white stone combined with wooden details and green shutters, creates the perfect ambience of an authentic Dalmatian home. Villa Oleandra has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. 

Ground floor consists of a spacious living room with access to the garden and pool area, a rustically decorated  and well equipped kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.

First floor is designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own en suite bathroom. Two bathrooms are equipped with showers, while one bathroom has a bathtub. Master bedroom is the only room with access to the spacious covered balcony equipped with outdoor furniture where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Outdoor staircase connects the balcony with the garden and pool area. 

The outdoor area is designed as a perfect Mediterranean oasis, rich in vegetation and greenery which serves not only as a decoration but also as means to provide the guests with much needed privacy during their stay. Guests can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers or dine al fresco on the covered terrace equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. Those who enjoy barbecue also have an outdoor grill on their disposal.

Villa Oleandra is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, citrus squeeze, washing machine and hair dryer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 2 parking places free of charge. Pets are not allowed. There is a possibility of arranging a breakfast option in Aparthotel Pharia located in the property behind the villa (50 m) for an additional charge of 9 €/person/day.

Hvar

Hvar is a town perfectly situated in a cove on the southwestern side of the island with the same name in central Dalmatia, Split-Dalmatia county, famous for its rich history, lavender fields and, with an annual average of 2724 hours of sun, also known as the sunniest island in the Adriatic sea.
