Minimum stay in high season (01.07.-31.08.) is 5 nights, in other seasons 3 nights. Refundable damage deposit in the amount of 200 € is required on check in. Tourist tax (city tax) is included in rental price. Long stay discount of 10% is valid for stays longer than 14 nights. Pets are allowed on request with extra charge.
