Villa Elizabeth covers the area of 142 m2 divided on ground and first floor and consists of 4 contemporary bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The ground floor features a spacious and bright lounge area with a fully equipped modern kitchen. It includes a contemporary living room with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bathroom with a shower. The living room opens to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door, creating an open-concept space.

A modern staircase leads to the first floor. This floor is designed as a resting area with three bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air condition and SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony.

One highlight of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area. It features a heated pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth). The pool utilizes electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard cleaning systems.

Additionally, charming well-maintained garden will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.

Villa Elizabeth is fully air-conditioned. It includes SAT-TVs and Wi-Fi internet. The villa has many modern equipment like an iron, ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and a set of dishes and cutlery. It also features a hair dryer, washing machine, and board games for children. Upon request, baby cots and high chairs are available. The property also provides two gated parking places free of charge, and guests can utilize the outdoor grill. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa without any additional charges.
