Villa Horizon is a luxurious and superbly decorated villa situated among the cliffs of Jasenice, halfway between the city of Split and town Omiš. Omiš is a historical harbour at the mouth of the river Cetina.

Villa Horizon covers 300 m2 of living area divided on the ground and first floor level and consists of 4 spacious and modern bedrooms with large double beds and en suite bathrooms. It can provide comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons.

The ground floor of the villa follows an open concept plan for maximum comfort and luxury. It includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area with a table for 12 people. The living room features an indoor fireplace, and there’s also a laundry room.

This level comprises one bedroom with a king-size double bed and an en suite bathroom. Additionally, it houses a Finnish sauna. The entire floor, including the bedroom, has access to the magnificent pool area with a breathtaking sea view.

The outdoor area is the true highlight of this magnificent villa.

Undoubtedly, one of the best features is the large heated infinity pool (9 x 4 m) with massage tips. The pool offers a breathtaking view of the crystal-clear sea and overlooks the nearby islands of Brač and Šolta. On hot summer days, guests can enjoy meals on the spacious outdoor table and soak up the sunshine on the poolside sun loungers and the extensive outdoor lounge area. There’s also an outdoor jacuzzi for relaxation. Outdoor cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the electric grill.

Indoor marble stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with king size double beds.  Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. It also has an access to a seaview balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, while the other bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers and french balconies with seaview.

Villa Horizon is fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and a Finnish sauna. It includes amenities such as an iron, ironing board, baby cot, high chair, and a safe. The villa features an indoor fireplace and an outdoor sound system.

The kitchen has a lot of equipment like a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with an ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Additionally, there’s a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. For convenience, the villa also has a hair dryer.

Villa Horizon offers two outdoor parking places and one garage parking place, free of charge. Pets are allowed and charged extra.

Villa Horizon charges final cleaning fee in the amount of 400 €.
