Villa Julian is a brand-new holiday villa located in Okrug Gornji on Čiovo Island, just a 10-minute drive from the historical center of Trogir and a 40-minute drive from the center of Split. The airport is 9 km away from the villa. This modern, spacious villa in a quiet area provides everything needed for a relaxing vacation with friends or family, including a spectacular sea view from the terrace. Luxury Villa Julian has 200 m² of living space, divided into a ground floor, a first floor, and a rooftop terrace. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one half-bath, comfortably accommodating up to nine people. The ground floor is designed as a resting area and consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (one can be separated into two single beds). One of the bedrooms has its private bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All bedrooms offer a sea view and have direct access to the outdoor area with the pool. The first floor is designed as a lounge area, featuring a spacious open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a half-bath. A staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a dining table and a grill for preparing meals while admiring the sea view. The outdoor area features a private heated pool (30 m²) surrounded by sun loungers, where guests can relax during hot summer days. The pool area also has an outdoor shower, parasol, table, and chairs. Villa Julian is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, baby cot, blinds, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue equipment, washing machine, hair dryer, pool towels, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and outdoor grill.
