Villa Magnolia accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 half-bath. The ground floor features an open living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a laundry room, and a half-bath. Guests can access a covered terrace for al fresco dining with views of the pool, garden, and Mediterranean surroundings.

The outdoor area boasts a charming Mediterranean garden and a heated 20 m2 outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers. The pool area includes an outdoor shower. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, an electric barbecue is available.

Villa Magnolia is fully air-conditioned. It features modern amenities such as a smart TV, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, baby cot, and high chair. Other conveniences include mosquito nets, electric shutters, and a safe.
