The ground floor features a comfortable living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. There are 3 en suite bathrooms with bathtub/shower combinations and 1 half-bath.

An elegant indoor staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor suite. It consists of 1 spacious air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

The outdoor area is a peaceful oasis with a gated Mediterranean garden providing privacy.

The covered terrace with an outdoor dining table offers spectacular sea views. Additionally, outdoor lounge area with a coffee table is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Guests can also refresh in the private outdoor pool (24 m2) or sunbathe on the poolside loungers. An outdoor grill is also available for barbecue enthusiasts.

Villa Mirabella is fully air-conditioned and well-equipped. It includes SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, an iron, a safe, and a chessboard. The kitchen features an electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
