The house is divided into 2 separate apartments, each covering one floor of the house. Villa Reni has the total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 10 people (8+2).

The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, 1 bathroom and 1 half-bath. There is also well equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with SAT-TV. Living room has access to the spacious terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.

An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor with a floor plan similar to the previous level. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Additionally, there is 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a modern living room with a sofa bed. The living room provides access to a beautiful sea-view balcony.

One of the highlights of this marvelous holiday house is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor area with a lovely Mediterranean garden and an outdoor pool (32 m2). The pool is surrounded with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing during the hot summer afternoons.

Those who enjoy al fresco dining will surely appreciate the large outdoor dining table and chairs in the pool area. Guests looking for a more active vacations will also have bicycles at their disposal, free of charge.
