The house consists of 4 luxurious apartments Prestige and 2 luxurious apartments Prestige Deluxe.

Each apartment features full air conditioning. It boasts two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living/dining room is luxuriously furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. A sea-view balcony enhances the experience. Upon request, we can provide a baby cot and high chair.

Guests can access a shared spa area on the ground floor. The spa includes two jacuzzis, a Finnish sauna, a shower, and modern lounge chairs. This facility comes with an additional charge. For those staying in the luxury apartment Prestige VI, there is exclusive access to a separate jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The terrace also features an outdoor shower and offers a stunning sea view.

The outdoor area features a modern and elegant bio-design pool (40 m2) with child-friendly jet streams. Additionally, outdoor furniture and a cocktail bar with drinks for guests are also available.
