The villa is part of the beachfront complex Golden and is located just 30 meters from a lovely pebble beach. From the terraces, you can enjoy amazing views of the sea, the coast, and the mountains.

Villa Terra has 280 m² of living space and spreads over four floors. It can accommodate up to 6 adults, plus 2 small children (bunk bed in one bedroom).

First floor: three comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Second floor: rooftop terrace with summer kitchen, gas grill, dining table for 8, jacuzzi for 4, and a half-bath — perfect for relaxing at sunset.

Outside, you will find a private heated swimming pool (32 m²) and a garden area ideal for enjoying sunny days.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, SAT TVs, safe, washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. Guests have 3 parking spaces. Pets are not allowed.
