Villa Calla is a beautiful and comfortable villa located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Čiovo. It is set in the second row from the sea, only 25 meters from a lovely pebble beach that is perfect for children. The villa is just 4 km from the UNESCO-protected old town of Trogir and about a 20-minute walk from the main beach in Okrug Gornji, where you can find restaurants, cafés, beach bars, shops, and water sports activities.

The villa can accommodate up to 11 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. It has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and one additional half-bath. The house is spread over four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor, and high attic.

In the basement, guests can relax and have fun in the private indoor swimming pool (20 m²), gym, and Finnish sauna. There is also a billiard table and a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor features a bright, open-plan living room, a dining area with a large table for eight people, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors lead to a terrace with a sea view. On this floor, there are also two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, both with direct access to the garden and pool area.

The first floor and high attic include three double bedrooms and one single room, each with its own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor table and chairs.

Outside, guests can enjoy a landscaped garden and a 30 m² outdoor swimming pool with lighting. The terrace around the pool is equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture. There is also an outdoor barbecue and a dining table for 10 people, perfect for enjoying meals together.

Villa Calla is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have LCD satellite TVs. The property also provides four gated parking spaces free of charge. A buoy for boats is available upon request.
