Villa Fantasy is a brand new luxury holiday villa in Mastrinka village. It’s just a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Trogir and 40 minutes from Split. The modern and spacious villa, located in a quiet area, provides all necessary amenities. Nearest restaurant, cafe, grocery store and beach are within a walking distance, while larger selection is available in nearby Trogir.

Luxury villa Fantasy covers 380 m2 of living area divided on ground, first and second floor levels. Luxurious interior rich with natural light creates an ambience of a modern and comfortable holiday villa where every guest can feel at home.

Villa Fantasy has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. There is a possibility of accommodating 2 additional people on a sofa bed only if one or both additional people are children.

The ground floor is designed as a lounge area. It consists of spacious open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 half-bath as well as a recreation room. The recreation room is equipped with a multifunctional workout station and table football/pool table. Living room has access to the outdoor area with pool through a sliding glass door.

Contemporary staircase leads to the first floor level. It serves as a tranquil retreat with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms featuring double beds (180 x 200 cm) and SAT-TV. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms offer a sea view, and in the remaining two, the bed can be separated into 2 single beds if needed.

Master bedroom is located on the second floor level and equipped with a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm), air condition, SAT-TV and en suite bathroom with shower. Master bedroom has access to a spacious balcony with a breathtaking seaview.  The guests can relax in an outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony, soak in the sunshine on the sun loungers or sip a glass of wine over a sunset on the outdoor lounge area.

The outdoor area features a private heated pool (25 m2) with sun loungers and parasols for refreshing during hot days. An outdoor dining table is ideal for al fresco dining. The pool area includes an outdoor shower, and guests can use an outdoor grill and table tennis.

Villa Fantasy is fully air-conditioned and features SAT-TV and Wi-Fi. It comes equipped with amenities such as an iron, ironing board, baby cot, blinds, and a safe. The villa’s kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

For outdoor activities, there’s barbecue equipment, a blender, and table tennis. The villa also has a washing machine, hair dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke detector. Entertainment options include table football and a pool table. Additionally, an outdoor grill is available.

The property offers 3 parking places free of charge. Pets are not allowed.
