Welcome to Villa Fantasy, a brand new luxury holiday villa located in the peaceful village of Mastrinka. It is only a 10-minute drive from the historic center of Trogir and about 40 minutes from Split. Restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach are within walking distance, while a wider selection of services can be found in nearby Trogir.

Villa Fantasy offers 380 m² of modern and stylish living space spread over three floors. Designed with comfort and natural light in mind, the villa creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests can truly relax and feel at home.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 1 half-bath, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed, preferably children.

The ground floor is a spacious open-plan area with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining space. There is also a bathroom, a half-bath, and a recreation room with fitness equipment, table football, and a pool table. From the living room, large sliding doors lead directly to the outdoor area with the pool.

On the first floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms offer beautiful sea views, and in two rooms the beds can be separated into two single beds if needed.

The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to a large private balcony with stunning sea views. On the balcony, guests can relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, enjoy the sun on loungers, or unwind in the lounge area with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

Outside, the villa offers a private heated pool (25 m²) with sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor dining area, shower, grill, and table tennis — perfect for spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Villa Fantasy is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, SAT TV, a safe, baby cot, iron and ironing board, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Guests also have access to free private parking for three cars. Pets are not allowed.
