Welcome to Villa Ocean Dreams, a charming seaside holiday home on the island of Čiovo, just 5 km from the historic UNESCO-protected town of Trogir. The villa is located in a peaceful and private area, only 10 meters from the sea, with direct access to a beautiful pebble beach.

The property covers a total area of 550 m², while the house itself offers 150 m² of comfortable living space and accommodates up to 8 guests. What makes this villa truly special is its spacious outdoor area with a barbecue and a large dining table for eight people — perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. Guests can also unwind in the private heated infinity pool of 24 m², and use two stand-up paddleboards and two bicycles to explore the surroundings and the coastline.

The villa consists of a basement and a ground floor. In the basement, there is one bedroom with two single beds, a lounge area with a TV, table football, and air conditioning. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where you will find three bedrooms — two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds — as well as three bathrooms (two with a shower and one with a bathtub). The living room and fully equipped kitchen are located in an open-plan area, creating a comfortable space for gathering and spending time together.

Villa Ocean Dreams is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and a safe. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Guests also have access to a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor shower, barbecue, and private parking for two cars. Pets are allowed on request with an extra charge of €10 per day.
