On the ground floor, there is an open living and dining area with a modern kitchen. One bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom is also located on this level. From the living room, guests can access a terrace with sea views and outdoor seating.

The first floor features three bedrooms — one with a king-size bed and two with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and access to a shared balcony with sea views. There is also a half-bath for added convenience.

The second floor includes the fifth bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined into a king-size bed. This level also offers a large 40 m² terrace with a seating area and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing while enjoying panoramic sea views.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and a safe. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Guests can also use a washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, outdoor barbecue, and outdoor shower. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The property provides five parking spaces for guests.
