Accessed via a gravel and dirt road from Milna to Makarac, note that it’s not suitable for lower or sport cars. The center of Milna, with its restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes, is 2.6 km away.

The basement of the villa serves as a recreation area, offering amenities like air conditioning and table tennis. Additionally, there’s a play area for children equipped with toys and a playhouse.

The ground floor of the villa features an open concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 8 people. Additionally, there is one air-conditioned bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This floor also includes 1 half-bath. The living and dining areas have access to the covered terrace with a large outdoor dining table.

An elegant staircase leads to the first floor. There is a resting area on the first floor with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms share a balcony with partial sea views. One bedroom has 2 single beds (or a double bed) and the option to add an extra folding bed for 1 person.

The outdoor area features a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. Guests can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool or sunbathing on the loungers. An outdoor grill is also available for those who enjoy cooking outdoors.

Luxury Villa Marea is fully equipped with modern amenities. These include SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, iron, safe, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. Beach towels and a complimentary welcome package (including basic groceries such as butter, jam, cheese, toast bread, ham, milk, juice, and a selection of fresh fruit) are included as part of the standard offer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property also provides 4 free parking spaces. One pet is allowed with an extra charge of 10.00€/day.
