Guests can enjoy and relax on the sun loungers around the outdoor swimming pool with massage tips and counter-current swimming. There’s an outdoor barbecue in the pool area. A fully equipped summer kitchen is also available. A bar with a professional sound system adds to the ambiance. It’s perfect for relaxing with family or friends on hot summer afternoons.

Each suite features a studio apartment design with a double bed, living area, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower.

The main house has three levels. It includes three bedrooms with king-size double beds and en suite bathrooms. The living room is spacious and open concept, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.

On the first floor, you’ll find a lounge area with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The second floor houses two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a balcony offering a breathtaking sea view.

The third floor features a spacious and elegant bedroom with a king-size double bed. It has an en suite bathroom with a bathtub, a living area with SAT-TV, and a kitchenette. The living area provides access to a private balcony with a marvelous view of the sea and the coast.

The ground floor includes a recreation area equipped with a bar with a professional sound system, an infrared sauna, a shower, and a game room with table football and Playstation.

Villa Marija near Trogir has full air-conditioning and is equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi internet, a safe, baby cot, and a high chair. The villa includes a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and microwave.

You’ll find amenities like a coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, as well as glassware. The villa has a washing machine, dryer, and amenities like a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
