The nearest beach is just 50 m away, while nearest restaurants (500 m), cafes (260 m), grocery stores (130 m) and beaches are just a short walk away.

Villa Nina spreads on 240 m2 divided on the ground floor, first floor and high attic levels.

It consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Carefully designed interior rich with warm tones creates the ambience of a comfortable and authentic dalmatian home where every guest feels welcome.

The ground floor has a spacious open-concept living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There’s also one bathroom with a shower. This floor provides access to a covered terrace with an outdoor table, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking sea view.

The upper floors serve as a resting area. On the first floor, there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size double beds (160 x 200 cm). The high attic houses two bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and another with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be joined if necessary. Guests can utilize the flexible bed arrangement to suit their preferences.

Each bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with a shower. They also have access to a sea-view balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs. Another bedroom on the floor shares this balcony, creating a perfect spot for morning coffee while admiring the crystal-clear sea of Vinišće bay.

One of the many highlights of this magnificent property is the charming Mediterranean garden and the heated outdoor pool (21 m2).

Sun loungers surround the pool, inviting guests to spend their days soaking up the sunshine. The pool area also features an outdoor shower for added convenience. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors have a gas outdoor barbecue on disposal.

Villa Nina is fully air-conditioned and equipped with smart TV and Wi-Fi. It includes amenities such as an iron, ironing board, baby cot, high chair, mosquito nets, blinds, and a safe.
