Villa Rose is just 5 meters from a beautiful pebble beach, ideal for children. Additionally, it’s a quick 20-minute walk to the main beach in Okrug Gornji. There, you can find various restaurants, cafes, beach bars, grocery stores, water sports, and excursions.

Villa Rose has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 half-bath, a gym, and a sauna. It accommodates up to 11 persons, making it an ideal choice for large families and bigger groups.

This marvelous villa, built in 2015, has a modern and open interior. Villa provides our guests with comfort, privacy and a sense of being in a small, luxurious oasis. The property spans 600 m2, and the house is divided into the basement, ground floor, first floor, and high attic.

Villa Rose’s basement is a recreation area with a gym, Finnish sauna, indoor swimming pool (20 m2), billiard table, and a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor boasts a luxurious open-concept living room with a large dining table for 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors provide access to the sea-view terrace with an outdoor dining area. This floor also features 2 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms have access to the garden and pool area.

The first floor and high attic serve as a resting area with 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room, each with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom provides access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor table and chairs. Villa Rose features fully centralized air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, all bedrooms are equipped with LCD satellite TVs.

The outdoor area boasts a beautiful garden with greenery and a spacious terrace surrounding the 30 m2 outdoor pool. It features garden furniture, sun loungers, and an outdoor barbecue with a dining table for 10 persons. Additionally, the house provides 4 gated parking spots for guests free of charge, and a buoy for boats is available on request.
