The first floor and high attic are dedicated to rest and privacy. They include three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a spacious terrace with outdoor seating — an ideal spot to enjoy peaceful mornings or sunset views.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped garden and a spacious terrace surrounding the 30 m² outdoor pool. The area is furnished with comfortable sun loungers, garden seating, and an outdoor barbecue with a dining table for ten people — perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The villa also provides four gated parking spaces free of charge, and a boat buoy is available upon request.
