There’s one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door, creating an open-concept space.

Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air condition and SAT-TV. All bedrooms have access to a beautiful balcony with partial seaview.

One highlight of this magnificent villa is the outdoor area. It features a heated pool (21 m2, 1.70 m depth). The pool utilizes electrolysis as a healthier alternative to standard cleaning systems.

Charming well-maintained garden will provide a perfect sanctuary for relaxing and soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers around the pool.

Villa Sophia is fully air-conditioned. It includes SAT-TVs, Wi-Fi internet, an iron, ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, and a set of dishes and cutlery. It also includes a hair dryer, washing machine, and board games for children. Upon request, baby cots and high chairs are also available.
