The villa covers 150 m2 on ground and first floor levels. With a stone exterior and traditional furnishings, it exudes the unique charm of a Dalmatian home. Villa Storia has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 half-bath, accommodating up to 10 people.

The ground floor features a lounge area with an open living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There’s 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and an additional half-bath. The living room has access to the terrace with an outdoor table and chairs.

An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, 1 with an additional sofa bed, and private sea-view balconies. Another bedroom has 2 single beds. The master bedroom has access to a large sea-view terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The other double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is a true oasis with a Mediterranean garden, private pool, sun loungers, covered terrace with a large outdoor table and barbecue. An outdoor play area with swings, a slide, and a trampoline caters to children, while an outdoor table tennis is available for recreation.

Villa Storia is fully air-conditioned. It comes equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, iron, and a safe. The kitchen features an electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and mixer.

For convenience, there’s a washing machine and hair dryer available. Beach towels and a complimentary welcome package (including basic groceries such as butter, jam, cheese, toast bread, ham, milk, juice, and a selection of fresh fruit) are included as part of the standard offer. Guests also have access to 2 free parking spaces on the property.
