Designed for comfort and elegance, Villa Viola can accommodate up to 14 guests — perfect for large families or groups of friends. Built in 2016, this modern architectural gem spans 650 m² of property space and is distributed over four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor.

The basement is dedicated to relaxation and well-being. It features a recreation area with a gym, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, and a bathroom with a shower — an ideal space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The ground floor offers a bright and stylish living area with a large dining table for 10 guests, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and one double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. From here, guests can step directly onto the spacious outdoor terrace.

The first and second floors are reserved for rest and privacy. They include six comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Spacious terraces and balconies provide outdoor seating, sun loungers, and beautiful views — perfect for enjoying quiet mornings or sunset moments.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool of 30 m² with lighting, surrounded by a large terrace furnished with comfortable seating and a barbecue area with a big dining table — ideal for gathering and dining al fresco. The property also offers six parking spaces, both in front of the house and in the garage. A boat buoy is available upon request.
