The living room opens to a balcony with a sea view. Guests can enjoy the scenery while sipping their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The guests have access to the communal outdoor pool (22 m2), shared with other residents in the building. The pool is open from June until the end of September.  The guests will be provided with 2 sun loungers around the pool.
