The modern bathroom includes a shower, and the living room integrates a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The apartment accommodates up to three persons comfortably. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace, offering a garden view and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.

The outdoor area offers ideal relaxation with access to a shared heated pool (30 m2) featuring massage jets and a waterfall, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Barbecue enthusiasts can utilize the shared barbecue in the summer kitchen, available upon request with prior notice. There is also an electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and hair dryer.
