aVilla Layla is an elegant holiday villa in Okrug Gornji on Čiovo island, just 150m from the nearest beach. It’s 5km from the UNESCO World Heritage center of Trogir. The comfortable, newly renovated villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. Its convenient location near Split airport (10 km) makes it an ideal destination for travelers arriving by plane or car.

Villa Layla covers the living area of 300 m2, divided on ground and first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The house has 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The contemporary living room and dining area offer an airy and spacious ambiance. There is also a large fireplace that provides warmth on chilly nights. The balcony, with a magnificent sea view, features an outdoor dining table for dinner overlooking the clear sea and nearby islands. Guests also have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Baby cot and high chair are also available upon request.

The outdoor consists of a beautiful garden with a spacious terrace and a private swimming pool (18 m2) with massage tips and sun loungers, where the guests can completely relax and soak up the sunshine.

The garden is decorated with various Mediterranean plants and trees which provides the feeling of being in a true Mediterranean oasis.  Guests are welcome to use the outside barbecue. Outside parking places are provided, while the garage is available on request.

The nearest beach is just 150m away. The largest beach on the island is 800m from the villa. It provides beach bars, deckchair rentals, water sports, and more. Villa Layla is a 10-minute drive from Trogir and 30 minutes from Split, known for the UNESCO-protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian.
