Villa consists of main house on the ground floor, 2 separate apartment units on the first floor and high attic. The apartments are not rented out separately and can only be rented out with the house. Please note that for the groups consisting of less than 14 people, the villa will be at disposal according to the required capacity. That means that the rooms or floors which are not required will be closed.

The closest beach is located only 350 m from the holiday home and offers many activities. You can rent pedal boat, kayak, jet ski, bike, scooter or quads.

This newly built (2017.) fantastic 7 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 14 people. There is als a possibility of accommodating 2 extra people if they are children up to 12 years.  Villa Magic on island Čiovo is the perfect choice for a quiet vacation far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This villa also offers a holiday filled with fun activities and exciting nightlife.

The house spreads on the ground floor, first floor and high attic which are 3 separate units.  The villa offers the total of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 half baths and recreation area. Villa Magic is perfect for large groups beacause it allows them to share the main areas of the house and still providing enough privacy. The ground floor and the high attic are designed as one unit connected via indoor staircase. The first floor consists of 2 separate apartments (apartment A and apartment B), each with its own kitchen, bedroom and living room.

The yard area features a private pool with whirlpool and sun loungers, a relaxing garden swing, a barbecue and a solar powered shower.

The terrace features a table and chairs, inviting you to bask in the sunshine and unwind in tranquil summer evenings. Furthermore the guests are welcome to use the recreation area with a gym in the house. Spacious parking area is located behind the house. The entire villa boasts advanced equipment and operates seamlessly as a smart house.
