Villa Serenity is a beautiful beachside holiday villa situated on island Čiovo. The villa is just 6 km from the historical UNESCO protected city of Trogir.

This traditionally furnished and charming house is located just 20 m from the sea in a peaceful area and provides complete privacy. The property covers the total area of 3500 m2, while the house itself spreads on 90 m2.

What makes this house truly an oasis of peace and tranquility is the spacious outdoor area with an olive grove and a breathtaking view. There is also a cascade Mediterranean garden with various plants creating a feeling of being in a true Mediterranean paradise. An exit from the property leads directly to the pebble beach with a private mooring for a boat. Guests can spend their time relaxing in the outdoor pool (24 m2) or soaking in the sunshine on the sun loungers. The property offers some other activities like playing the traditional dalmatian game of bocce on the bocce court.

Villa Serenity consists of the ground floor and high attic and there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and the kitchen. Villa can accommodate a total number of 8 (7+1) persons.

The ground floor consists of a rustically decorated living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is also one bedroom with queen size double bed and 1 bathroom with a shower. Living room has access to the covered seaview terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs.

Wooden staircase leads to the high floor which consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has queen size double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is one bed in the third bedroom.

Villa Serenity on island Čiovo has many different equipment like air condition, Wi-fi, SAT-TV and safe. Additionally, the guests can use iron and ironing board, baby cot, stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine, hair dryer, outdoor barbecue, outdoor shower, trampoline, bocce court and wine cellar. High chair is available on request. The property provides 5 gated parking spaces. Pets are allowed on request and might be charged extra.
