Villa Serenity is a charming seaside retreat on the island of Čiovo, just 6 km from the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir. Tucked away in a peaceful setting only 20 meters from the sea, this traditional Dalmatian home offers privacy, space, and a true connection with nature.

Set on  3,500 m² property, the villa is surrounded by an olive grove and a cascading Mediterranean garden filled with fragrant herbs and native plants. The atmosphere is calm and unspoiled — a place where mornings begin with birdsong and evenings end with glowing sunsets over the Adriatic.

A private path leads directly from the property to a pebble beach, where guests have access to their own boat mooring. Whether you prefer a refreshing swim in the 24 m² outdoor pool, relaxing on sun loungers with a sea view, or enjoying a friendly game of traditional Dalmatian bocce on the private court, Villa Serenity invites you to slow down and savor every moment.

The house itself spreads over 90 m² and is arranged on two levels: ground floor and high attic. It accommodates up to 8 guests (7+1) in four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.

The ground floor features a warmly decorated living room with rustic charm, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-style Mediterranean meals. There is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you can step out onto a covered sea-view terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs — perfect for long breakfasts or relaxed dinners in the fresh sea air.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where three additional bedrooms and a bathroom are located. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second offers twin beds, and the third includes a single bed — simple, comfortable spaces designed for restful nights.

Villa Serenity is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, and a safe. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Guests also have access to a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot, and high chair upon request.

Outside, you’ll find an outdoor barbecue, shower, trampoline, bocce court, and even a wine cellar — adding extra charm to your stay. The property provides five gated parking spaces, and pets are welcome upon request (additional charges may apply).
