Villa Stella, situated in the picturesque village of Ražanj, is a newly built holiday villa located just 19 km from Primošten and 27 km from UNESCO-protected Trogir. The villa is only 120 m from the nearest beach with crystal-clear sea, making it an ideal choice for a quiet and relaxing seaside vacation.

This elegant and contemporary furnished villa spreads over 3 floors (ground level, first floor and second floor). The interior features separate apartments, each comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. This design allows guests to maintain privacy within the group while providing ample space for social gatherings and interactions.

The interior of villa Stella features minimalistic design and clean lines, creating a bright and airy ambience. Each bedroom features air conditioning and has a queen-sized double bed.

Villa Stella has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating a total of 14 people. It’s ideal for larger groups of friends or family, with 12 sleeping in double beds and 2 on sofa beds.

The outdoor area is designed as a comfortable garden equipped with outdoor table and chairs and a lounge area. The guests can find refreshment in the heated outdoor pool (21 m2) with waterfall feature or soak up the sunshine on sun loungers around the pool. Those who enjoy cooking outdoors will have outdoor barbecue on disposal.

Villa Stella, fully air-conditioned, offers amenities such as SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and an iron with an ironing board. It provides a baby cot, high chair, safe, blinds, and basic soaps. The kitchen features a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker (filter), and toaster. Additionally, there’s an outdoor barbecue (gas) with barbecue equipment, along with a washing machine and a hair dryer. The property offers 4 parking places, free of charge. Pets are allowed on request and charged extra (100 €/stay). Organizing events in the villa is available on request.

Marina Frapa, one of the best marinas in Europe, is located just 13 km away from villa Stella which makes it an ideal choice for all admirers of sailing and yachting. At the same time, it is close to everything you might need during your stay. The center of Ražanj with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and bars is just 1.6 km away.
